Entergy Mississippi's 2026 formula rate plan filing showed earnings within the allowed band for both 2025 and 2026, so formula rate plan revenues did not change. A stipulation with the Public Utilities Staff, approved by the MPSC in June 2026 with rates effective July, added a small demand-side management true-up and set how nuclear tax credit proceeds will later reach customers.

Utility's stated reasons

  • projected 2026 and actual 2025 earnings within the formula's bandwidth
  • true-up of demand side management costs
