LG&E sought about $104.9 million a year for electric service (8.3%), or $11.04 a month at 866 kWh. On Feb. 16, 2026 the PSC approved a modified settlement: about $58.5 million at a 9.775% ROE, +$5.14 (4.73%), retroactive to Jan. 1, 2026. An Aug. 14, 2026 rehearing order raised it to $61.6 million (+$0.39). The PSC rejected a proposed earnings-sharing rider.
