Ameren Missouri asked in June 2024 for about $446.2 million more per year. On April 23, 2025 the PSC approved a black-box settlement for $355 million, effective June 1, 2025, with the $9 residential customer charge unchanged. Ameren estimated about $14 a month more for the average residential customer (about 12%, per St. Louis Public Radio); its original request was about $17 at 1,011 kWh.
