Pepco filed in October 2025 for a $133 million annual distribution increase at a 10.5% ROE, later updated to $119.9 million. On Aug. 28, 2026 the PSC granted $50.9 million at a 9.40% ROE, disallowing White Flint project costs and projected inflation and labor costs. The PSC estimates about $3.94 a month (about 2.25%) for the average residential customer.
